Technical SupportIEI provides a dedicated staff of extensively trained Security Industry veterans to support our valued customers and products in the field. They are specifically trained on IEI product lines by the Engineering group, which developed the products. Additionally, all have received over 150 hours of Customer Service and Telephony training, and are regularly monitored for compliance to IEI internal Quality Standards.
