Technical Support

IEI provides a dedicated staff of extensively trained Security Industry veterans to support our valued customers and products in the field.  They are specifically trained on IEI product lines by the Engineering group, which developed the products. Additionally, all have received over 150 hours of Customer Service and Telephony training, and are regularly monitored for compliance to IEI internal Quality Standards. Highlights of this service are: 

  • Available Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, EDT.
  • In certain circumstances, on-site Technical Support will be available in March 2005.  Please call for details.
  • World Class Phone System, integrated with IEI Proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database.

We are currently exploring Microsoft's Vista operating system compatibility with our Hub Manager Professional Software. Currently we support Microsoft's XP Professional, XP Home & 2000 operating systems. Please check back with us for updates.
