The Model WPx-DP Data/Telephone TAP Wall Plate offers a unique alternative to traditional snap port wall plates. Each is offered in white, ivory, and almond, along with the fastest termination connection available. The WPx-DP offers a single Cat-5 RJ-45 and four RJ-25 telephone jacks breaking out each line to an individual jack. No external boxes or add-ons are needed to access individual telephone lines.
